Description
Officially, on Disneyland's website, this attraction is called "The Bakery Tour." I prefer "Boudin Bakery Tour," as from this photo shows. There's actually real bakers on the premise, and you can see them hard at work making authentic sourdough bread. You are handed pieces of sourdough when you enter the building. I'm not a fan of sourdough, but Boudin's version is really good. There's a video explaining how sourdough bread is made, featuring Rosie O’Donnell and Colin Mochrie of "Whose Line is it Anyway?" fame, but my family and I didn't care to see it. You can buy actual sourdough bread at Pacific Wharf Café, a restaurant at California Adventure, but we didn't stop there.
