Extra Long BBQ Cheeseburger

This is The Extra Long BBQ Cheeseburger.  It is a burger on a Original Chicken Sandwich Split-top bun.  It has two beef patties, American cheese, BBQ sauce and onion Rings.  It's good, but it needs bacon.  Wait, a BBQ burger with onion rings and no bacon and a BBQ Whopper with bacon and no onion rings.  Is Burger King under the impression that if they had a BBQ burger with both onion rings and bacon, they would get sued by Carl's Jr. for infringement on their Western Star burgers line?
