Yes, these french fries at the Heart Attack Grill were fried in pure LARD!

They're a bit overcooked, but they taste great.

(I did go to the YMCA and exercised before coming here. This was in June.)

Here in argentina, like 50 years ago, french fries were fried like that, and according to my mom they tasted a lot better. I've never had those though.. They should open a branch here :meow:
