My Uncle Norman and Aunt Cindy from my Mother's side are coming tomorrow. They're coming on the same day I'm going to the eye doctors who will scan my right eye for my new lens. Because of them coming, Dad has to reschedule the Cox Cable Internet installation to next week, which is the same day that my eye patch will have to be taken off the day after my eye after my surgery Next Tuesday, the day my relatives are schedule to fly out, I think. I am schedule to be in Tucson in Saturday and Sunday, so I won't go to Opening Day on Sunday. Mom, Dad and the relatives will be in Flagstaff on Thursday and Friday while I will be here holding the fort.

I will be pretty busy. Pray for me and the family that things go smoothly.

Status update
On Monday, my dad and I went to Urgent Care. I had a large "bump" on the back of my neck. The doctor said I had a boil. He perscribed an antibiotic and said I should check back within 3-5 days. Today, I made a return trip. The boil, or cyst, not sure which, was ready to be drained. He did get most of the pus out. I'm not out of the woods. Some of the pus was bottled and are being sent to a lab. If the tests are positive, I will need further treatment. Could you still pray for me, please?
I'm an uncle!
Sometime this morning, my sister's water broke. I just found out that her baby boy has been born. So, I'm an uncle. I feel so spent. I just am not ready for such a roll. Could you please pray for the baby, my sister, and me?

Big news!
My sister called my house on Father's Day. She's going to have a baby! (I know this is extremely late, but I have been going through a rough strech.) We soon learn that it's a boy, and the due date is late January. While everybody is happy, I'm nervous. I haven't left the "nest," and I'm just apprehensions about being an uncle.
