Recently, sit down restaurants in the US had special sections where people can order ahead and take the food home. Here is a sign from Chili's in Chandler, Arizona.

I don't think they will actually impound and trash your car if you keep your car in the spot for 11+ minutes, but its a nice and silly deterant
